The Sunday Currently: Starting Over

I don't know where I should start this post really. I wanted this to be something a bit special but I am at a loss for words. All I know is I am writing again but on a completely different platform than I've used previously. I used to write on WordPress and Tumblr but when I look back and reread the posts from yesteryears it feels like I do not recognize the person that wrote them. I know it's me but that version of me is someone I no longer resonate with. I grew up. And there are a lot of things that you either take with you as you grow or leave behind because it does not fit with your life anymore. But there are also things that you put aside to come back to at a later time. And I feel like writing is one of them. 

I am writing again but with a brand new perspective and I guess that is why I decided to build this website. I built this because I want to start over again with a clean slate and also to try to reach a bigger audience perhaps and put my creativity elsewhere. But I am still trying to find inspiration as to what I would put on here so until that inspiration comes, I will start this with a "The Sunday Currently" post. It's a writing prompt that I saw years ago and I thought, "That seems fun!" although I am unsure whether someone would take interest in what I currently do on a weekend but here you go!

I'm currently:

Reading: Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan (halfway through!)

Writing: A journal entry as instructed by my therapist and this blog post

Listening: I am listening to my dad watching some random YouTube video about a car and my mom preparing to go out with her friends. As for music, the last song I listened to is Dua Lipa's Training Season

Thinking: Debating whether I should stay in or go out to get kwek-kwek and kikiam from the fishball vendor by our subdivision's gate (staying in won)

Smelling: the coffee scented room spray plus the mosquito coil my dad lit up

Wishing: a promotion (still waiting for an update)

Hoping: for a nice week ahead (crossing my fingers)

Wearing: a purple sleeveless top and a white cotton shorts

Loving: my laptop - I can do a lot of things with this one!

Wanting: AirPods Pro - my old earbuds are dying!

Needing: I seriously need to take a bath lol! But kidding aside, I need to see my friends more often

Feeling: a bit anxious

Clicking: troubleshooting steps to get my Facebook account back!
